Delivery Information – Tree Peaks Logs
At Tree Peaks Logs, we offer reliable local delivery to ensure your firewood, kindling, wood chips, and mulch arrive quickly and hassle-free. Please review our delivery terms below before placing your order.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within an approx. 35km radius of our log yard in Low Bentham, covering Lancaster and surrounding areas. If your postcode falls outside this zone, we are unable to deliver at this time.
Delivery Charges
FREE delivery on all orders over £80 within our core delivery area.
A small surcharge may apply for deliveries just outside our core area—please check at checkout.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver every Friday between 07:30 AM – 8:30 PM.
Orders must be placed by Thursday at 10:00 PM to be included in that week's delivery.
We will confirm your delivery time slot in advance, but this may vary based on our most efficient route.
Access & Drop-Off
We deliver using a trolley or small vehicle access, so please ensure clear access to your property.
We can move bulk bags up to 2 metres from the drop-off point but do not offer a stacking or unbagging service.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide these at checkout.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If we are unable to complete your delivery due to inaccessible access or no safe drop-off point, we may need to reschedule, which could incur a redelivery charge.
